BayCare Mobile team members can work in exciting and challenging assignments of their choice within BayCare, the largest community-based health system in the Tampa Bay, Florida, area.
Position fills a hospital seasonal need within a commitment timeframe.
must live 150 miles away from assigned facility The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
The Registered Nurse is also responsible for professional accountability and development.
The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in the departments Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc.
, and prepares room environment.
The CN II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse license Associates Degree in Nursing FL RN license or compact RN license BLS, ACLS & PALS (if required by department) 18 months L&D RN experience required 2 years L&D RN experience preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
