We are experiencing aggressive growth and have immediate needs for entry level and experienced gutter installation technicians.

Essential Duties Inspect, install and repair rain gutters, downspouts and gutter guards.
Clean and/or repairing rain gutters and downspouts.
Inspect, install and/or repair fascia and soffits on houses.
Represent the Company in the best possible light at all times.
Performs all other related work as assigned or required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written directions and instructions.
Ability to perform training/job development assignments and on-the-job related practices.
Ability to work with team members and customers with tact, patience and courtesy.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to obtain required certifications and licenses as needed.
Physical and Mental Demands Ability to perform manual labor and work outside for extended periods, occasionally in adverse weather (heat, cold, etc.
).
Ability to frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects.
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
Ability to use manual dexterity of hands and fingers and to use a tape measure and hand tools.
Ability to stretch, bend, crouch, kneel, stand and walk for long distances and between worksites.
Ability to climb and descend from extension ladders and work on or from single and multistory rooftops and other heights.
Ability to lift, pull, push, reach, grasp and work with hands and fingers.
Ability to see to effectively operate equipment and tools and read instructions and correspondence.
Ability to hear, speak and hold conversations in person and by phone, text and email.
Ability to make rational decisions through sound logic and deductive processes.
Education and Qualifications High School diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma (GED).
Valid Florida State driver's license, preferably free of any moving violations, accidents, or points.
Reliable transportation to warehouse; company vehicle provided from warehouse to jobsites.
Schedule Monday through Friday and some Saturdays, depending on weather/workload Hours are typically 6:
