com AUI is currently seeking a motivated individual to grow with us in our Safety Harbor office.
Front Desk Receptionist The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for coordinating daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors, and patients at AUI.
They schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries, handle patient emergencies, and monitor stock and supplies at the Care Center.
Duties:
Greet all patients in a kind, enthusiastic, and helpful manner.
Instruct patients to sign in upon arrival and obtain any information as required.
Maintain communication with the clinical area to maintain appropriate patient flow.
Copy/scan and verify patients' insurance cards.
Check patients medical record against the presented insurance card for accuracy.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience with multi-phone lines Organizational skills training preferred.
Computer courses preferred.
Bilingual/Spanish a plus! #ADMIN.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
