Customer Service Representative

A dynamic company in Safety Harbor is looking for an experienced incoming call center representative. They are looking for individuals who are able to communicate effectively and clearly with their clients. This is a temp to hire position with a company that offers a full-time schedule and excellent medical insurance for their employees.

Regular hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you must have at least 1 years experience in a customer service/call center role. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills. You will need to be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and understand how to use a general email program.

Additional requirements for the Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong data entry/typing skills and computer skills
  • Experience providing customer services over the phone
  • A High School Degree or equivalent

Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
